" I think I remember seeing photos or an article sometime back about how they celebrate Christmas" There are the most amazing lights there. They really get into it. There is a Christmas lights trolley tour that goes all through the historic district and downtown and then out to the grounds of the Passion Play. Of course, they don't do the performances in the winter, but they do the lights in the amphitheater and all around the grounds. They had the story of the nativity in lights that covered a huge area. Here is one that shows part of the amphitheater. I reduced the size when I first scanned it though, so you can't tell a lot.

Yes, I wish I could remember where I saw that article but the photos were wonderful. Natchitoches LA does a similar thing every year. That should be fun and I'll bet Tyler will just love it.

"That should be fun and I'll bet Tyler will just love it." Oh, I know he will. When we did it last time he was so small, and he'd already had a very long day, and bless his heart, he just couldn't hold his eyes open any longer. I'm sure he will enjoy it much more this time around.
