Well, it is kind of an advantage, but I think refusal to grow up has something to do with it too. LOL! Dawn and Tyler are much more photogenic than I am though.

Well, I just cannot believe you look like that as a grandmother. Me, I'm going to one of those "glamour photo" places in the mall and have my photo taken. LOL

" I'm going to one of those "glamour photo" places in the mall and have my photo taken." I keep telling myself that I am going to do that.

Oh well Libby, it'll be a nice time for you and your grandkids for Christmas!! Enjoy them when they are young huh because they grow up sooooo darn fast. My two grandsons were just delivered for me to look after tomorrow. I told them we can put up some extra strings of lights and maybe even decorate THEIR bedroom.

So true Jim. Doing the right thing does carry it's own rewards. Your correct this time of year causes some folks to go into a deep depression. We just had the Ontario family where the wife murdered her two children, her husand and then committed suicide. Lots of lonely people just go ahead and do themselves in at this time of year. Plus the domestic disputes and murders.

I am SO tired. I have got to get to bed. I need to go in to work for awhile tomorrow, and finish delivering Christmas presents to the kids. I think I'm going to take Tyler with me. It might be a good lesson for him to see that not all kids are as blessed as he is to have so many people who love them and for whom a new toy is a rare treat. He thinks he's supposed to get something every time he goes to the store!

Today she volunteered for a local charity that helps unwed mothers with cloths and things for them and their babies

Good morning folks. Is anybody awake yet? :^) I just fired off a letter to Target complaining about their ban on the Salvation Army kettles and the use of that three dog night song in their TV ads. Told them they weren't going to receive another dime from me and that as a Christian I was very offended.
It won't make any difference of course but at least they know my opinion. Time for some more coffee then a shower and laundry.

It is a pretty tune.
Not sure if it was done by anyone else before, but the way this particular band does it, it has a haunting quality to it.
