Those numb nuts in the Senate want a fight .. I'M READY FOR THEM!
THEY are the reason why there are problems
.....Westy....
Me, either. I just want to relax and enjoy the Christmas season and our wonderful election victory. I'm tired of hearing about politics right now and I expect thats how more than half the country feels, too. Of course, that is what trecherous worms like McCain and Lott are counting on. It sickens me that they're trying to make their bones on the heads of Rummy and President Bush.
And this one
I got lots of them

West .. It has nothing to do with that
I'd jump at the opporunity for someone .... anyone to cook for me
Saw this one and wasn't in the least surprised. McCain has no rapport with the troops, only the press. Whats more, he isn't interested in anything more than a photo-op with them.
Thanks, I'll bookmark that one to reawd later. I gotta go for now. :) See ya, tomorrow, maybe. :)
Have a good evening ...
Indeed they are. The supremely egotistic McCain, the gratingly insipid Collins, the muddlingly moderate Hagel and the uniquely wimpy Lott:
With friends like these ...
It's time for you too.
If you don't have one, get one of the prepaid disposables at the grocery store.

I don't use a cellphone often, but wanted one for emergencies when on the road, etc. I bought an inexpensive one (got it from Amazon.com, but have seen them at places like Target), and got pre-paid service from Virgin. I have to "top it off" every 90 days to keep my account active, that costs $20. It's been handy for a few things like when i'm out shopping and need to double check something with hubby (like when he asks me to pick up something at the hardware store), I can call him. I had to call AAA a while back when my car wouldn't start (the starter went kablooey), and then called my hubby to tell him I was going to be late, and that he had to pick me up at the mechanic's. I consider $20 every 3 months to be pretty cheap usage. The phone is a Kyocera.
The downside is that coverage is kinda spotty. It doesn't get service in many rural areas, but that usually isn'at a problem for me. It works when I visit my Mom in Idaho - 30 miles west of Boise, it works most places I've been in California. It worked in Nevada, along the freeways. It did NOT work in Greyeagle or Susanville - but those are kinda out of the way places.
Oh, for heavens sake Westy, the ladies just come in and do light housekeeping a couple of times a week and perhaps cook a meal or two for you to freeze. Oh, and I forgot about Meals on Wheels. Here, seniors over 65 can get a hot meal delivered five days a week for a buck. Now, I know that you are very frugal, but it sounds like a bargain to me. Oh, and when you really get old and decrepit, the ladies will also give you a bath. Of course, I don't think Medicare pays for nipple nibbles. LOL
Oh Lord Westy, what was it? Is your daughter going to be staying with you for a bit?
Trust those Lawyers huh?
I was like that last week and earlier this week .. being stuck in the house gets to be the pits at times
I have to keep reminding myself that it's just the season and it will be over soon
Oh yea . LOL
