I have reviewed all applications in a thorough and professional manner and Ms Letitring is definitely the most qualified applicant.

What I wouldn't give if it were that easy! If it were up to me, the dad and stepmom would get the older 2, and parental rights would be terminated on the younger two and they'd be put up for adoption. 4 kids, and all mom seems to be worried about is the loss of income (2 get SSI and she gets child support on 3, all of which she is no longer getting since they're in foster care) and how bad she looks in court. She and Rainman are probably working on another kid as we type.
