Apple Pulled Pork Sandwiches

6 lb pork butt
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbl minced garlic
1 14.5 oz tin beef broth

Place pork in slowcooker. Top with onion and garlic, then pour broth over all. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Drain, shred, and return to slow cooker. Cover with Apple Barbecue Sauce and cook one hour on low.

Apple Barbecue Sauce

1 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
6 tbl apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp each salt, pepper paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon
Hot sauce to taste (I like two good dashes of Cholula)

Combine all in saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. See recipe above.

Serve completed pork on nice rolls. Voila!
