Some intermittent glitches earlier today, though. I came home and tried to start Steam up again - it asked for my PW this time, which I couldn't remember for the life of me. So I resubmitted my username to get the code for changing the PW, and it couldn't find my account name to redo the PW, despite the fact that I got an email from Valve referring to my account name just this morning. Chalked up to network/server bugs, went out to dinner, came back, and now it's working okay again...
I just hate valve so much now. I don't care about EULA's I'm not a lawyer. If I pay for a game, its mine. And as long as it's not a MMO, I should be able to play it independent of this foolishness.
I am now feeling so vindictive and bitter, I just want them to go bankrupt.
Sad for me to admit because I know better.
BURN! VALVE! BURN!
As soon as there's some sort of crack, Steaming Pile is off my hard drive.
I liked the part early on in the litter-filled subway where the patrolman tipped over the bottle from the garbage can and said "Pick it up." If you resist he beats you up. If you do what he says you get to go about your business of eventually defeating the oppressors.
Ouch. My only problem is unstable sound: every few seconds, it skips, like a bad record.
Welcome to steam..... you get used to it. They hold us hostage with their good games. They have held me hostage with counterstrike for some time now.
