I realize, this must have been discussed here a 1000 times already but On MSNBC, a few minutes ago, an ex DA and now defense lawyer said that this was just unheard of and that Peterson didn't get his money's worth. Could Garagos really have been this negligent.

Can anyone name a case Garragos has actually won beyond Susan McDougal?? Which was hardly a win...

We can expect Greta Van Sustern to cover this on FOX news for another few years. BTW, what's the latest with Kobi and OJ these days?

I got a real kick out of the handmade sign in front of Laci's house that said "Hey Scott.. come soon. We're waiting for you.. 'Bubba".

I think he did his job with what he had - a guilty client.
He gave it his best shot.
Too bad he wasn't defending OJ.

Counsel would not have benefited Peterson today.

Sorry, flame if you want to do so but with the lack of physical evidence I would have been unable to reach a guilty verdict in this Peterson case. There is a lot of reasonable doubt in my mind.

Someone said earlier today that "he told the judge he doesn't work Friday's" at the beginning of the case.

What about the disappearing jurors? First they're deadlocked, then the judge dismisses a couple of them and they have a sudden verdict. What's up with that?

Geragos should be disbarred. This could indeed be a ploy for an appeal.

Lots of murder cases have been made on less "circumstantial" evidence, northerlights.
I doubt that any appeal will see fruition. Peterson's a dead man. He just doesn't know it yet.
Jack.
