I believe I have a more interesting approach to this than "Mr. Fiery Streek".

Lets designate an area, say 1 square mile, of fenced unimproved terrain. You can choose any one weapon, bladed or firearm (but no mortars/artillery/hand grenades/scoped rifles.) You may carry such supplies as needed, i.e., food, water, medical. You start on one side, and I start on the other. We have up to 48 hours to find and finish the opponent. Two men enter, one man leaves. This sounds more fun that just an ordinary whoop-ass on the street.

I start the 23rd with the physical agility test, again, and then meet with and Asst. Chief and sign the official job offer. I spend 2 days doing paperwork then 2 days at the range to complete my transformation from a 1911 man to a Glock man, then the Academy starts on the 9th of Dec..

Glock 22's in 40 is a good rig, I carried that at BCSD....yer not undergunned at all IMHO. Albeit now in retirement I don't stray from my 1911A1 unless it's really important too do such. I have glocks and they are good tools of the trade. If ya purchase an ankle rig as a back up get a glock 27 as it will take yer duty mags as well as the standard sold for it.....
