We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
Interesting factoid to show and tell to your liberal associates:
PRESIDENT BUSH WAS THE FIRST PERSON ELECTED TO THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT WITH MORE THAN 50% OF THE POPULAR VOTE IN 16 YEARS. THE LAST TIME THIS EVENT OCCURRED WAS IN 1988 AND IT INVOLVED ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL WHOSE LAST NAME WAS BUSH AND THE LOSER WAS ALSO LIBERAL FROM MASSACHUSETTS. IN 1988, THE LOSER WAS THE GOVERNOR OF MASSACHUSETTS. THE DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT IN 2004 WAS THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR OF MASSACHUSETTS IN 1988, AND WOULD SUFFER THE SAME FATE IN THE 2004 ELECTION THAT THE THEN GOVERNOR OF MASSACHUSETTS DID IN 1984.
Some more fun facts to show and tell.
President Bush is the first President since 1936 - FDR - to win the Presidency with a majority vote AND pick up representation in his party in the House of Representatives AND pick up representation in the Senate AND pick up one or more state houses.
The GOP gained five seats in the Senate.
The GOP gained four seats in the House.
The GOP gained one governorship.
Terry McAwful, the UOx42 hand-picked leader of the democRATS, has now presided over three straight losing contests, and in each has allows the democRATS to get their tushes handed to them on a platter. This continues the notion that UOx42 has been the best thing to happen to the Republican Party.
The GOP won the vote in 30 states, the democRATS only 20 and the District of Columbia.
The democRATS had no answer. They even tried comparing President Bush to Hitler. In short, the result was that 95% of the counties in America.
Thank you Terry McAwful. We appreciate your brand of campaign.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
Your TV watching is about like ours. We don't have cable so we get 3 channels and a fuzzy PBS. Fox is also watchable, but very unclear much of the time so it has to be something really good to tune it in.
Our TV is used for videos and DVDs mostly. It stays off completely Tuesday thru Thursday due to homework.
I'm not at all big on TV as a news source, even without the bias. I just don't think the medium is used well to educate people on what is going on in their world that they need to know about.
Good point about the computer!
Also, the extra yardwork the tree creates is getting to be HUGE burden.
Thanks for correcting my misspelling of her name. She should stick to the catwalks and keep her mouth shut! :-)
I also tuned into CNN Aaron Brown last night, morbid curiousity running rampant in FReepers it seems. Browns show was extended into 2 hours, I kept my eyes open for one.
From Aaron's perspective it was the Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction that lost Kerry the election, driving the moral vote. I kid you not, he listed this as a reason sKerry didn't win.
Brown then had a panel of three obvious Dems, one of them Arianna Huffington, discussing what went wrong. Mostly all they could talk about was Bill Clinton and mentioned Barack Obama as their next savior.
I flipped to MSNBC briefly and some lib female on Buchanan's panel said that Hillary could protray herself as a religious person. She could work on that image. Uh-huh.
Bwahahaha! Sen. Inhofe (R-OK) is on Fox&Friends and they asked him how he felt about Daschle being gone. Inhof said "I'll try to get over it". LOLOLOL! Zing!

If it is a straight log between 12" and 14" in diameter, about 6' long, have your hubby make a shaving horse out of it. Check out the "Woodwrights Shop" book for a how-to!
A name that was bandied about on an earlier thread is Rick Santorum. He is definitely pro-life, a strong Catholic, and he would carry Pennsylvania. Plus, he made a complete fool out of Barbara Boxer in a debate on PBA a few years ago.
Bill Owens was talked about as a viable successor earlier this year, but something happened that hurt his chances. Not sure what that's all about.
Good morning! Senator Inhoffe on TV asked about Daschle's loss, says "I'll get over it." HA!
The professionals who take trees down are very good at what they do Molly. I've watched some of them work like well-oiled machines, so in control of the tree sections that are coming down. Very impressive. Sorry about your tree though

I watched O'Ego and Hannity and Colmes before switching to Scarborough last night(I can't take Greta and the latest trial of the century). That wacked out feminist was Katrina van den Heuvel or whatever, a very hard core lefty, and she was shelling out all the usual BS last night. At least Pat Buchanan had Joe on the phone and one conservative panelist to swat down some of her bigger whoppers.
Pelosi is really playing the victimhood. I think that botox has started to effect what common sense she once had.
Thanks for link.. i read all & posted.
*sigh * that monster - who could have been our president - has caused so much pain for so many with his actions in the 70's & again now.
God bless the swift boat vets
Thanks, I am trying to save another map of the county breakdown..
I'm in the process of changing my website, post election..
Just adds to the Bush legacy. His presence continues to expose evil.
Hillary and Bill ought to hide in the Ozarks.
