That wasn't me. It was her. My french was too many years ago to be useful. But she's gone now. :-)

I'm learning French on my own, as I go along. I think the above means: "It's that I have already told you that I'd rather go shopping than do nothing."

How am I doing? I can't speak or write French, but do understand it, especially the written form.
