Anyway, it's nothing a little (or not so little)
Unfortunately, elective cosmetic surgery is not covered by my insurance...
Along the lines of beauty, or a lack thereof, perhaps something can be learned here...
In the case of a boy who acts feminine, and who seems to want to act like a "girl", trying to "beat the girl out of the boy", and make him into "a real man", doesn't work over the long term (of a lifetime).
If the boy is Transsexual, he will either one day commit suicide or go on to transition. If he transitions at a younger age (in his 20's) he has a much better chance to look like an attractive woman after transition, than if he were to transition later in life.
The later in life one transitions from male to female the more the body - especially the facial structure - becomes masculine over time. This is referred to as "testosterone poisoning" by those who don't like the effects of testosterone on their body.
It is certainly a lot better to transition when one is younger (assuming that is possible) than when one is older, from a standpoint of being accepted in society.
Americans upon seeing the word for the first time assume that the "Ph" in Phuket is pronounced like the "ph" in "phone". It is not. The "h" is silent.

I'm told that I looked SMASHING (her words) in my hunter green shirt and turtle neck, military style boots and hairy legs sticking out from the hem of a blue pleated mini skirt...
(I have a VERY twisted sense of humor, and the sales ladies that day were the unwitting victims.. plus the kid got her shopping done in half the time since as she pointed out, we wore THE same size in clothes onteh dot..'cept shirts.)
I've also been known to wear a grey wool cape on Halloween and frighten the other puppies by making them think there really ARE vampires.
(So what, I'm a NATURAL at it! LOL!)

Is that really you in the picture? How long does it take to heal? How do you feel physically (compared to before) - more energy, less? What was actually done? If you actually had surgery, well, what's done is done, and let's move on, try to deal with the new situation.
Iff you actually had the procedure done on you, I sincerely apologize for my rude comments. If not, well, jokes on me.
