Sorry Sir, but anyone so irrational as to wish to cancell their Free Republic account, cannot be taken seriousely by the management. Call your shrink immediately.

How do you delete your FR account?
Stick a rocket under a pumpkin, sit on top, ignite the rocket. Enjoy the ride.

Hi Walt,
Of course you can just log off to remove the cookie from your computer. But, if you really want the account deleted, Jim Robinson, the webmaster, has a plan for that. In his registration page he says:
Don't be a whiner - If you really, really find Free Republic not to your liking, let the webmaster know directly (jimrob@psnw.com), learn to live with it, or move along.
So, if you really want be "deleted", just let him know from the e-mail address that you used to register your account. We wish you the best of luck, regardless.

I have been informed by another poster (presumably a landscape artist) that my last plant was a perennial, not a shrub. Therefore:

Yes, it's a stupid question.
Now for a stupid (though clearly not original) answer:

NNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
Not Vincent DOnofrio -- I used to love CSI -Criminal Intent.
Glad I don't have my cable hooked up now. How can that many -- never mind, most of them are HS drop-outs, I forgot myself there -- so, I guess I can say: figures.
Don't understand WHY they want appeasement, but let's hope they vote on November 3rd.
