What are your thoughts, FReepers? Truth, or fiction? Reasons? Opinions?

We should remind Fox that they are abandoning their base (which is us). All we want is "fair & balanced."

E-mail them with your comments and I'll forward the thread to them in a couple of days.

The way Fox News seems to sway, I wonder what memos their broadcasters get....

Fox News is where the cash is (or at least, is gonna be) so naturally the not quite top of the heap from elsewhere -- just as partisan Democrat as the rest -- are going to get hired there. FreeRepublic isn't going to go away, though. The price of liberty is eternal vigilance.

I had to stop watching FOX and Friends this morning. Dumb ED said that showing Micael Moore's movie on tv would make showing the anti Kerry movie more fair and balanced. Thats it for me. NO more morning FOX.

No, FOX needs to stay fair and balanced. No more Chris Matthews, Mark Halperins, Dan Rathers, etc.

Key phrases such as unnamed sources claim, say, said (you pick) or words used in context as may, would, could (you pick) for me send up an immediate red flag on any broadcast or published piece. Honesty is fleeting in the news business.

It's about ratings...nothing else.

Fox and the alphabets are all guilty of this.

FOXNEWS is not moving left. That's a figment of lots of imaginations around here.

Fox put Arizona,Colorado, and Nevada as toss up states and say it is a dead heat there.

We know better.

Something is up over there.

Fox has caught a bad case of "The O'Reilly's".

I'm not sure if they'll recover.

I e mailed them following the last debate. The "K" boys were as leftist as anyone at CNN. I don't know what debate they watched but the one I saw was great. Kistol almost had an orgasm crowing about how sKerry stomped Bush and Mort called it a draw. Truth doesn't count to them??? BTW, this isn't a Bushbot comment, W was outstanding and there is absolutely no way sKerry could be considered a winner or even an equal. period.

I like Neil Cavuto, sometimes Hannity depending on the guest and that is about it for FOX.

Pure speculation on my part is that Fox is hedging to the left because their polling data may show sKerry's is winning the election.

However their keeping this information private until they get the lefty lean 100& in place.

They may think that if sKerry wins, the Communist may shut them down.

This election is Mad Maddy NotSoBright ugly and is about to get Helen Thomas ugly very soon.

(I won't post any pictures and keep your imagination in check.)

They figured the attack that they are biased to the right was hurting their credibility so they are overcompensating to the left to appear more like the rest of the MSM.

I have been a faithful Fox-watcher since 9/11/2001, and have noticed a gradual, but significant change in the last few months. They are becoming more and more biased towards the left, and I just can't take much more of it.

I am finding myself turning it off more and more, and turning on talk radio instead.

I don't think Fox News ever left the left, but they are just a little more blatantly biased now than in the past. They've come out of the closet so to speak.

I've notice a lot of posts recently bashing Sinclair broadcasting. Anyone interested in starting a anti-Sinclair thread?

Fox News has become almost unwatchable and is now just another member of the RATmedia carrying water for the anti-American ideology of the DemocRAT. It has every loathesome RAT available on to lie without challenge.

Brit, Gibson, Ollie and occassionally Hannity are still worth watching. But O'Reilly is rarely worth the time and Gretta is obsessed with trials that should have been over in a month. Last night she had over half a dozen lawyers discussing NOTHING since the defense in the Peterson trial was not able to do anything for a week. Rather than discuss relevent and important legal issues such as the RATS' plans for massive voter fraud or the numerous laws broken by Dan Rather's attacks on the President we get this ridiculous crap. I turn to Scarborough as soon as I hear the words "Kobe", "Peterson" or "Michael" and don't go back.

Likewise the Morning show has degenerated into three morons fawning obseqeously all over the RAT of the Day spewing his lies across the nation without challenge. Who needs that?

Fox has been a staple in my home for the past four years. A breath a fresh air, a beacon of truth in the news with a little LESS spin than the networks. At least the truth would be presented along with the rhetoric and spin. And I can make up my own mind.

Lately the liberals have been overshadowing conservatives more and more. Shouting and screaming over any opposition.(which is their trademark) They must have mated and procreated behind the scenes. And now I make up my mind to tune them out more and more often. Fox has so many former clinton apologists as news contributors that I regularly have to check if I'm watching FOX.

Fox and Friends, Cavuto, Gibson, and Hume. The rest are so left leaning that I turn to Freerepublic to get my fix of the facts. CONTINUOUSLY.

Thanks for the post. Our home is most often tuned to FNC and we watch their evening line up beginning with Brit Hume for our national news. However we too have noticed some recent changes that appear to be 'unfair'- in an attempt to be 'fair and balanced'. We just want facts, both sides and we don't want FNC to try to be another news network. They've lost us every night at 9PM CST when we switch over to Joe Scarborough- we are news junkies and don't care for Greta's hour of court battles. We appreciate FNC and will stay with them unless they become like other news shows. We can see liberal news anywhere we want to we depend on FNC to give us the facts! We also appreciate their faith based news stories- would like to see more. Also would love to see Neil Cavuto in the evening. And how about a black conservative like Walter Williams? He'd be a great addition to FNC.
