Freep Threads too hard to follow

I find it too hard to post responses on Free Republic. There are so many people posting threads and responses that the volume alone is enough to bury anything you might want to say. You can rarely say anything substantive either, and for much the same reason, because by the time you finish thinking and typing, your response will have become irrelevant and the thread itslef will be 10 items down the list. This precludes people from reading your post, which is after al the whole point of posting in the first place (vanity, thy name is I). I guess that its in the nature of the beast, so to speak.

My typing skills improved greatly because of this site and I didn't have to buy em at a grocery store.lol

Especially when things are moving fast like during memogate and debate and election nights your posts can get lost but think about the famous buckhead and post 47.

Run two browsers it will help you keep up unless your on dial-up then all I can say is punt.

Well...I don't REALLY shower. I just leave the water running while I practice with my Yo-Yo in there...the humidity makes the string looser, which seems to be less painful when it hits me in the head and tangles me in knots of string. Without the shower running, I also have to relinquish the bathroom to the Humans.

About success with the fairer sex....Muttly find that if he rolls around in varmint poop before a date, the poodles flock to him...well...like flies. It also helps to have a piece of bologna or other raw meat in your teeth at the time. Females like a male who knows where the food is...and how to abscond with some when the butcher isn't looking.
