Even for Democrats, they have reached a new low. They are, to the astonighment of my eyes, DENYING that Kerry ever mentioned "Global Test". Yup, that's right. In their ad, they cut it out of the quote, and when asked on talk shows about "Global Test", they do not respond but only say "the Senator affirmed the right to preemption". Unbelievable, even for the Democrats -- I'm serious!
I'm used to spin and scare tactics, but I've never seen outright denials in the face of facts that were seen by the ENTIRE COUNTRY.
It is reminiscent of the Iraqi Minister of Information that was denying that Coalition forces were entering Bagdhad even as EXPLOSIONS were going off in the background!
He's a free man now, and it appears he is now working for the Kerry campaign.

His voting record of 20 years in the Senate has proven that he continued to be AN ENEMY OF THE STATE by continually gutting the Military & Intelligence Services;
His comments in the debate where he again wants to strip America of a critical weapon in the War on Terror (Bunker Buster Bombs) whilst giving a mortal enemy the means to perpetuate greater terror (nuclear fuel);
and to top it off, this moron wants America to have to pass a GLOBAL TEST before we attack the Terrorists who want to do another 9/11 style attack??

George W. Bush has based his campaign on envy. He envies John Kerry's war record, so Bush and his hench-people blast away at it. He envies Kerry's ability to adjust and reevaluate his point of view on Iraq, so he blasts away at that.
Thursday night he envied Kerry's debate style, which is distinguished, intelligent, gracious and well prepared. Bush tried to blast away, but there was nothing left to distort. An honest man was staring him in the face, speaking truths that even Bush holds to be self-evident.

No, what he said was an oxymoron. Orwellian doublespeak. Whatever you want to call it. He got two soundbytes out of it "I reserve the right to take preemptive military action" for moderates and "I will only use military force if it passes the global test" for all the liberals". And this is obvious by their latest campaig ncommercial where they only show the quote about preemptive action, yet cut off the three words that IMMEDIATELY follow: "The Global Test."
