Why does John Kerry refuse to release his SAT scores? Why does he refuse to release his medical records among other documents?
The supposed comments now circulating since the first debate are again the usual DNC talking points...Bush is dumb..Kerry is a well spoken political genius.
I say prove it. Bring out the SAT scores. Let's get to the bottom of it. Bush has not hid anything..everything is public. Bush's SAT scores are higher than Bill Bradley's, Paul Wellstone's, and reportedly, John Kerry's.
Bush scored a 1206 on his SAT, 566 of 800 on verbal and 640 of 800 on math. [Since the SAT's scale has since been "recentered," Bush's score is more like a 1300 today.Bush's verbal score would place him between the 84th and 92nd percentile of college-bound students, or the 93rd to 97th percentile of ALL high-school seniors taking the exams, the percentile usually used.
His math score would also place him between the 84th and 92nd percentile of college-bound students, or the 94th to 98th percentile of ALL high-school seniors taking the exams, the percentile usually used.
Using one method to extract IQ's from these SAT scores, Bush's IQ would be somewhere between 124 and 137. Hardly a dunce, that's at least in the top six percent of Americans.
We all hear of Bush's supposed college mediocrity, but in reality his "worst" courses were two C-minus scores. Accounting for grade inflation, Bush's worst grades are around today's B-minuses.

How about his tax records and their financial holdings, and the 100 pages of military records the Washington Post says are still not available because he won't sign the form, and oh yes his medical records, we only have the recent NY Times article to go on here, and I for one don't want to take their word for ANYTHING.
Might I add - Gore almost flunked out of his second year at Harvard. Something like a D average. Bush never did as poorly as that in any year at Yale.

Release everything...who cares about if he or if he did not have a cheat sheet in the debate. The public campaign to get records released should be a Top 3 priority for the Bush campaign right now.
I would like to see Kerry's SAT scores, but more importantly his LSAT ( Law School Admission Test)
I kerry is so brilliant, a war hero and all, and so well connected, how come he went to such a crappy Law School..Boston Law School.
Far worse, with much lower standards than any schools in the Boston area, like BU, Boston College LS etc. I'm not talking about Harvard here but Boston Law Scool is where low acheiving would be ambulance chasers get in.

He should, especially with cancer, make public all the drugs he is taking.
Don't quote me, but I can almost swear that I saw something about it months & months ago. Do not ask me where, cuz I have not been able to find it since & I have looked. I think Kerry's verbal score was higher than Bush's, but his overall score was lower.
Release all of them...demand the release..let's see how smart the Boston boy is in comparison.

Have Kerry's Yale transcripts ever been released ? I don't recall seeing them...
wait. this makes no sense. the SATs are graded on increments of 10. you can't get a 566 in a section. It's either 560 or 570. Maybe they have been changed, but that just doesn't seem right.
geez-i was over 200 points higher than our president and i took it in 1963
