QX NOTE: Since mentioning the below in a very sparse thread, a well known FREEPER has reported a similar dream. Another FREEPER, who probably knows more than many of the rest of us put togehter, said it was . . . my words . . . compatible with other . . . data.
If you FREEPMAIL them, please let me know if I can post them anonymously on this thread. Blessings, QX

Even as many had dreams indicating in July and August that September would be a month of storms, others have had dreams saying that October would be a month of terrorism. May we be found standing in the breach as the Lord would direct us.

September 4. 2004 5:03am.........had this dream three times...
I am standing outside, and approximately about 20 feet away from me, I see what looks like a big globe of the world.
As I begin to walk towards it, I am then lifted up far above this globe, and can now look down , and see the whole universe.
As I look far over towards the left, I see a darkening in the sky. In a blink of an eye, it strikes me that it has the resemblance of New York the stock exchange buildings and business area. I then become aware, that as this situation is occurring, that in other parts of the world, there seem to be simultaneous attacks.
Although, I am not certain, of the exact places these attacks are also occurring, I do notice, that oil refineries, are being blown up, and I notice there seems to be those of Arabic descent as well as what appears to be Iraq, is now once again, under heavy attack, with air attacks, and ground forces, attacking just as they did in the beginning of the war many lives are lost.
As this takes place, I look to my right, and see more destruction, and terror and death.
As I awoke, I was in tears, and kept hearing "Oct will be a significant month, Winds Of Change Watch and Pray"

Well said. I agree. (I also felt similar when hitlery won my state in 2000. The only saving grace that year -- and I had to wait along with everyone else until December to know for sure -- was being gifted GWB as our President!)
Jesus said it in Scripture three times. If He had said it 3 million times, you wouldn't believe it. And you call us stubborn, etc.
Speaking of St. Paul: now there is a man who had a vision. There are plenty of dreams and visions in the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments.
I am enjoying this thread as it relates to dreams and visions. Thank you Quix for starting this thread. :)
Matthew 1:20
But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 2:12
And having been warned in a dream not to go back to Herod, they returned to their country by another route.
Matthew 2:13
When they had gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. "Get up," he said, "take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the child to kill him."
Matthew 2:19
After Herod died, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt

When he came out, he could not speak to them. They realized he had seen a vision in the temple, for he kept making signs to them but remained unable to speak.

Acts 10:3
One day at about three in the afternoon he had a vision. He distinctly saw an angel of God, who came to him and said, "Cornelius!"
Acts 10:17

Acts 26:19

2 Corinthians 12
1I must go on boasting. Although there is nothing to be gained, I will go on to visions and revelations from the Lord. 2I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven. Whether it was in the body or out of the body I do not know--God knows. 3And I know that this man--whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, but God knows-- 4was caught up to paradise. He heard inexpressible things, things that man is not permitted to tell. 5I will boast about a man like that, but I will not boast about myself, except about my weaknesses. 6Even if I should choose to boast, I would not be a fool, because I would be speaking the truth. But I refrain, so no one will think more of me than is warranted by what I do or say.
Revelation 9:17
The horses and riders I saw in my vision looked like this: Their breastplates were fiery red, dark blue, and yellow as sulfur. The heads of the horses resembled the heads of lions, and out of their mouths came fire, smoke and sulfur.
To imagine that the New Testament examples of how God chooses to communicate with His Children are now passe is the height of a lie from the pit of hell, to me.
Man has not changed.
Satan has not changed.
God has certainly not changed.
The spiritual realities of life on this sin stained globe have not changed except to worsen.
Yet, the pit of hell and particularly an evil RELIGIOIUS SPIRIT (that I used to be under the heavy influence of) would have even believers think that Holy Spirit is no longer needed in the ways He was when the Disciples walked dusty paths.
That's not Biblical.
That's not logical.
That's not the character and manner of The Almighty God that I know and have experienced and observed in a myriad of similar and the same ways in my life, the lives of my counseling clients and the lives of my friends and associates.
The Bible says the fruit is one way to discern whether something is of God or not. These ways, means and manners of Holy Spirit entering into time and space in the lives of folks who love God and often enough even rank sinners have consistently brought individuals to Jesus; fostered their RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS and/or deepened their RELATIONSHIP AND INTIMACY with Jesus. There have been deliverences, healings, and many other demonstrations of God's love for individuals through the Blood of the Lamb and the dramatic moves of Holy Spirit to demonstrate God's love to individuals in vivid communications and miracle solutions to painful problems and situations.
RELIGIOUS SPIRITED folks will throw rocks at God's manifested power in this day as they did when Jesus walked dusty paths. God is not amused. He's getting ready to wholesale run rough shod over the whole idiotic idea that He is not the same today as He was then; that He no longer moves with His Spirit in might and power--in demonstrations that bring Him Glory.
Folks who prefer to be blind to plain Bible as well as to the millions of examples around the world in this era are not likely to listen to reason. All the Scriptures in the book will not influence them. All the examples of the last 2,000 years of Biblical manifestations of God's miracle working Spirit will not influence them. Their minds are darkened by a glib RELIGIOUS SPIRIT which appeals to their emotional and psychological needs for tidy little boxed RELIGIOUS CONSTRUCTIONS to enable them to feel safer and to avoid having to listen to God's voice moment by moment--something they are NOT prepared to do or interested in doing--it's too challenging and they are too fearful of losing control and losing out for their errors in doing so.
But Jesus says His yoke is easy and His burden light. I'm still learning what that means. But I know that walking hand in hand with Him, listening to His VOICE and being open to HIS dreams, visions, voice in the night or at other times AND ANY OTHER WAY ALMIGHT GOD CHOOSES TO SPEAK TO ME--IS GRACE AND MERCY TO ME. AND I'M GOING TO SEIZE EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO AVAIL MYSELF OF SUCH GRACE AND MERCY. Communication from God Almighty is sweet and blessed beyond measure.
Only satan is interested in robbing folks of such opportunities and experiences.
YOU are exceedingly welcome.
And Jesus' thanks is even sweeter.
Thanks for your kind words.
Acts 2:17
" 'In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
God said it. I believe it. That settles it.
EVIDENTLY you believe that Revelations, major portions of Daniel, Ezekiel, Isaiah and the shorter prophets and their included prophecies
. . .
HAVE *******ALL******* ALREADY TRANSPIRED, OCCURED, ARE HISTORY.
And you accuse !!!!ME!!!! of defiling God's Word?
You have . . . . extremely . . . . uhhhhh . . . .
interesting
. . . . 'logic' . . . processes.
You take up enough band width for a dozen FReepers.
And why aren't you watching the debate?
Do you understand computers
as well as you seem to 'understand' Scripture?
There you go again.
Your assumptions are STILL exceedingly flawed!
Watched the whole thing and prayed during it as well.
I don't think that He would take that tone, though.
*****
If your looking for the sacrifical mild lamb to return you will be sadly mistaken. The next time He appears it will be as the Lion of Judah and with judgement for those who inhabit this earth and have denied him. The picture painted for me in Revelation says...WARRIOR!!
YUP.
But these character's convoluted, RELIGIOUS SPIRIT BIRTHED Biblical 'interpretation'
requires them to consider all the prophecies in REVELATION as
ALREADY TRANSPIRED, HISTORY!
They insist that all prophecy was fulfilled at Christ's Resurrection.
Amazing.
I guess Christ is not convinced.
Perhaps they need to strong arm Him?
I'm surprised you took your attention away from the President and his re-election to post rude remarks to me.
You characters are funnier than a barrel of drunk French surrender monkies!
YOU accuse !!!ME!!! of rude remarks?
Fascinating.
Hillarious!
The record on this thread has many things to illustrate about that gross contradiction/hypocrisy!
People who are confident of their beliefs are not so handicapped, and do not need such rude and inflammatory methods.
Settle down, get a good night's sleep, thank God for our many blessings and for President Bush's spectacular debate win, and things will be better in the morning.
Sweet dreams.
Your teams characterizations of me from the first pages of your appearance on the thread were
--EXTREMELY DEROGATORY in the sternest, fiercest, most insulting terms by may orders of magnitude and have continued so virtually unabated.
--My sanity has been declared nonexistent in the strongest and most repeated, persistent terms.
--My Christianity similarly.
My assessment stands.
AND THAT
doesn't even begin to describe the hideous of your
'brotherly' skullduggery at
REPEATEDLY TRYING TO GET ME BANNED EVEN FROM FR AND THIS THREAD PULLED WHOLESALE.
Sheesh. And you accuse me!
No wonder you have trouble discerning Scriptures.
Yeah. I haven't just rolled over and encouraged you to keep shredding me silently.
But I've been INCREDIBLY AND EXTREMELY PATIENT AND MEASURED in the responses you have abundantly earned.
It's not a hugely horrendously evil thing in and of itself.
But neither is it strictly minor, either.
It tends to be a feature of THE RELIGIOUS SPIRIT and there's virtually never any insight about it or about the severity of it.
As I've said, I've been there and done that. It took The Lord incredibly fiery furnaces to break through to me.
Nevertheless, you folks construe yourselves as being very Biblical. Your treatment of me as a person, not to mention as a brother has been rather opposite.
I have chosen to respond to you with pluck and even pointed punch at times. In my experience, anything less doesn't even scratch the surface polished by the RELIGIOUIS SPIRIT. But it's not my heart or desire, really.
And I certainly deplore it on my own thread. I strongly prefer a very different tone and demeanor. But I will not be passive or wishy washy or even milque toasty mild mannered in the face of that RELIGIOUS SPIRIT attitude and other typical manifestations.
Nevertheless, I did not repeatedly ping the mods to get you banned. I did not repeatedly indicate you were an insane, supersick, decompensating, psychotic idiot. I did not really do more than respond with a fraction of the fiestiness and fierceness you threw at me. And my pointedness has mostly been poking fun and holes in your personally vaunted Bible knowledge, logic and the like. Pretty small potatoes--especially comparatively.
I don't know what it will take for you to see that your theology has far more to do with your psychology than it has anything close to do with honest, fair-minded study of The Bible. God is able to use all manner of fiery furnaces and other tools to break through to us. But He will not violate our free will.
Eventually, God engineered public events will rub God's majesty, power and Glory virtually in the face of virtually everyone on the planet. In these end times, by the time the curtain falls, there will be NO excuse for any person alive to deny the power and majesty of God operating miraculously in this time/space dimension in ways unequaled at any time in history or the Bible.
Perhaps you will see and understand better then. Perhaps not.
At least, I've done about as much unto you as I'd have wanted done to me were I still in your shoes.
Cheers.
"God said it. I believe it. That settles it."
In that one line you placed chains on God, limiting Him to only do what you belive. Not cool.
The correct line is:
God said it. That settles it. Weather you belive it or not!
