Statement from Bush-Cheney 04 Campaign Chairman Governor Marc Racicot
"Tonight, President George W. Bush stood in stark contrast to a vacillating Senator John Kerry. President Bush showed Americans a detailed path forward in the War on Terror, a plan that will ensure that America fights the enemy in Iraq and Afghanistan not in Americas cities. People saw for themselves tonight where John Kerry would lead our military, our allies and the world in the War on Terror down a bumpy road paved with indecision and cynicism."
Chair - wonderful assessment! I hope you didn't mind, but I did a "cut and paste" and shared your views with some like-minded individuals here at work and for them to share with those who think Kerry was the big winner.
BTW, spell check caught some errors, but I know you were STEAMING when you typed this :-)
A very good synopsis, Chair. Thank you.
An Iraqi national with ties to terrorists was captured in Iraq with a disk that has information on San Diego and other school's emergency preparedness plans.
I have sent this article to everyone in my e-mail address book who has children. The Iraqi got this information from a web site and we should demand that our school officials remove information like this from the web.

Do we have a ping list for those of us who HATE THE WEEKEND FOX AND FRIENDS CREW?
To kick off the weekend, get a load of this from the Wash Post:

Jack and Juliet, Sittin' in a Tree?
Fox News babe Juliet Huddy's buddy-buddy relationship with failed Illinois Senate candidate/alleged sex-club-goer Jack Ryan has tongues wagging at Fox News's headquarters in New York.
The duo were spotted holding hands and "gazing adoringly" at each other in the lobby of the cable network last Friday, our spies tell us. "They weren't exactly trying to hide anything -- it was pretty obvious they were together," one eagle-eye tattled. It's no secret that the perky "Fox & Friends" weekend anchor is a big fan of Ryan. "I have enormous respect for the man," she wrote in June on her "Fox & Friends" blog.
Add to that the fact that Huddy, 35, is recently separated (note from ACR: Didn't she recently get back from her honeymoon?) and Ryan has been divorced since 1999, and the peeps at FNC just can't help but put two and two together.
Ah, not so, says Huddy. "Unequivocally not true," she told us. "He's a friend of mine. He has a girlfriend. . . . That rumor has been going around for a while, by the way."
Ryan called us yesterday to clarify: "Not true. I know I've never held her hand in my life, though I wouldn't be against it. We're just friends."
Huh. So our spies didn't see you two holding hands? Says Huddy: "This person must be hallucinating. Seriously, that blows my mind! It's almost funny. If I were dating somebody and trying to hide it, I wouldn't do it in front of the Fox lobby."
Fair point, Juliet, but who said anything about hiding?
