LISA is showing more impressive convection this morning, with intense activity wrapping three-fourths of the way around the cyclone.
It is possible LISA will become a hurricane this morning, but if it does it will only be for a few hours. It is moving over waters that are 25 degrees, and dropping.
Track and intensity guidance is essentially as before.
At VT forecast plus 48 hours, more or less, LISA will be absorbed by JEANNE.
