should I do? We live out in the country and the dog brought it home a few weeks ago. She says she wants to keep it for decoration and it is now stuck on her fence post. When I take her the paper every day, it creeps me out. Her dog is always leaving deer horns in my yard also, so it must be out there killing deer and breaking their horns off.
Call the cops.......
IT'S WALTER!!!
; )
It also has more than its fair share of kooks and weirdos.

Id be more worried about the talking dog than the human skull, unless it talks too.
Yeah ... what's that all about.
Dear Ann Landers ...
The dog told you she wants to keep it as a decoration?
Are you serious? A human head placed on a fence post for decoration and you have to ask...
What a disgusting display of disrespect for the dead.
HA! Haven't seen "The Burbs" in ages.
Weird thread of the day alert!
I don't know what the poster said that was mean, but you NEED to report the skull, ASAP. There is no room for equivocation on this, and you don't need to worry about the neighbor. She is in the wrong, and she must know it. You don't just find a human skull and not look into it. What if it belonged to someone's missing daughter?
Hhhmmmm,
I remember from a CSI episode that if a dog drags home body parts, the rest are usually within a half-mile radius.
Any neighbors gone missin'??
It's Monday. Call up your friends, make some guacamole and watch the game.
Moral fix?
I don't think so.
You are conflicted between what is moral and ticking off someone who has a dog that drags home the dead.
The moral issue is clear - call the police.
Are there pustules of gaucamole developing nearby?
I am curious about where your located also, as my father-in-law has been missing since October 2000 with no clues to his whereabouts. We suspect foul play, since he drove off to get an inspection sticker and never returned and his car hasn't been found. He would of been 93 next month, so we don't think he just decided one day to leave his home and never come back. He didn't take anything with him. So it would be good for you to call the police, it may be someone else's loved one that has gone missing and this would be closure for them too.
At least it isn't shrunken.
Jilley, most folk who live in the country know that male deer, called bucks, shed their antlers(not horns) each and every year.
Don't blame the dog and falsely accuse it of Vension Mayhem!
The dog does not talk. It is the lady who talks. she is very nice and I took care of here when her husband up and left her 10 years ago.
I couldn't decide whether this ranked up there with shower, moose-sister, host on the sun, or if it was more series....
