I saw this on the Travel Channel last night, and I got a kick out of it so I thought I'd look it up on the net. So check out the link. Enjoy.
I was just thinking of Aerosmith, right before I read your post.
The link doesn't work, but if it has anything to do with the Rock Creek Lodge, I know the owner, Rod Lincoln.
My Mom lives in Missoula, and Rod is a family friend. Good times by (b)all at this event!
Aw, come on, Torie. Grow a pair, whydoncha?
I don't like this kind of sh*t being posted on FR. At least it was moved to "chat." Cheers.
Right now a certain AC/DC song comes to mind.
Aw man, I'm going to Missoula on Friday, and it's already over. I'll go on record as having partaken of this delicacy a few times. Every year at cutting time when I was a ranch kid in fact. They aren't bad.
I'm sorry, but this guy is enjoying himself just a tad too much.
What a bunch of nuts!
The attendees look OK, though.
Now we know what Teresa did with John's.
Okay, I tried. I swear I did. I tried to see the humor in this, but I just don't.
(And I'm a girl.)
I don't think that I could ever bring myself to eat something's testicles. Hell, I couldn't even bring myself to neuter my cat. (I think he knocked up the neighbor's cat, by the way - he's a big stud!)
I won't pass judgement. But, just EWWWWW!!!! (Strictly on a personal level, I mean.)
And people say that NYC is full of degenerates???
Ewwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Totally gross!!!! I'm not gonna have bull things squishin' around in my mouth!!! LOL
By the time it gets on your plate, it's basically chislic. Now that I'm a few years removed from ranch life, it might be hard for me to eat them again, admittedly. BTW, I was in Wyoming this summer, stopped at a convenience store in the middle of nowhere, and "oysters" were on the regular menu. *L* I love Wyoming.
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay toooooooooooooooo ICKY!!!!!
In Greenwich Village, EVERY day is a Testi...uh, never mind.
hehehe...You think bull nuts is crazy, try Lutefisk, the other Dakota delicacy.
Ok, I'll bite (haha) what is that???
codfish soaked in lye, I believe it started as a dare on a Viking longship when everyone bored of paddling. It's a Nosre tradition in MN and the Dakotas, and is quite disgusting.
That sounds absolutely, 100% disgusting!!
I've wanted to try lutefisk for years; any way to get some over the Web?
