Between now and the election, you will probably see more reruns. I enjoy showing them again and I think there are people who may have missed their debut.

Hope you are having a great week.

Actually, I use the "W" three-finger sign a lot...

I'll be seeing high schools, fairgrounds, race tracks (this IS Kentucky after all), but not so much the campuses.

Oh, as my muse sings, I'll bounce a few your way. You know I shall!

Nice to see you today, SheLion!
I'm thinking "W" by a landslide.

Hope your day is a happy one.

Should I take that as a compliment? It's a good half a lifetime since I read the book, and to be honest FR is somehow the only thing I can cope with about the United States (don't get me wrong but the INS/BCIS really suck, sorry)

BTW... I got "to Kill a Mockingbird" in my shool years, too. All I can say is that the movie was okay...which is more than I can say about most book-to-film adaptations.

Happy Tuesday, Meekie!!
Hey .... it got cold last night. My Weatherbug says the low was 50 but when I took Marissa to pre-school, my guage read 46. It gets colder in the boondocks that it does in the city.

Have a wonderful day.

I know you will do a great job. When they sign on, tell them that their country appreciates them.

"Should I take that as a compliment?"

I think so. It's not the kind of advice that I would recommend to those who are weak-natured.

You may not recognize it in yourself, but I believe that you have a tremendous inner strength. Like fine steel, you have been subjected to stresses that ordinary people know little of, and you have persevered.

That alone indicates that you have a rare strength. We have also been witness to your delightful wit and intelligence, and we treasure you and your unfortunately rare appearances.

Know that you will always be welcome here, with or without your poetry.

Great and exalted is the Lord,
He is above all,
Ruler and King of the Universe,
His Glory beyond imagination,
His wisdom beyond understanding,
The depths of his mercy and forgiveness unsearchable,
The righteousness of his judgment amazing

Upon this globe,
We cannot fully comprehend the wonder
And the majesty of our God,
But it shall be that when we leave this sphere,
And enter into that city,
We shall be given an eternity
To learn, to know, and understand the Great I AM
