No offense, but it looks rather dreary and drab.

No offences taken Babe ... but if you knew that it had the original iron hooks in the beams near the bed you would appreciate how the dreary and drab could be made sensual and stimulating.
To: Woliff
Wow.. it must have been a blast to sleep in something so ancient and historic.
Did you see any ghosts?
I, for one, will be dying to see the rest of them. Make sure you send me the link, ok?

Aurora borealis lights up the morning sky Monday northwest of Lawrence, Kan. The borealis were easily seen with clear skies and a late rising crescent moon, making for optimum conditions.

Thank you for the website. Interesting! I've been all around that area, so it's possible I went by. I'll keep an eye out next time I'm in the Mojave.

Bridge over the Rio Miño in Orense

An unusual bridge on our journey. You can see two people at the top. A great place to do step aerobics.

If you can find Niland, CA. you can find the Slabs....

Uh oh! I saw Amboy on the website; I've been there... I've heard a lot of Charles Manson followers still live out in that area between Amboy and Death Valley.

Isn't it - and the bridge before this one across the river is a Roman bridge. In fact there is a whole mess of bridges within a thousand yards showing the state of the art over a long period.
To: Woliff
That is amazing. Thanks....
To: Woliff
I love staying in monasteries, nunneries, old convents. I've never seen such a bridge either; thank you for the pics.
