"I am also dealing with a distressful diagnosis my daugher has just received" I pray that it isn't too serious and that it can be managed quickly. It is terrible to see your children hurting.

MSNBC.com reports that decades before Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher rocked the older-woman, younger-man Hollywood romance, Robert Wagner and Barbara Stanwyck were at it. Wagner says the legendary actress, who was 45 at the time and 23 years his senior, was "a wonderful lady." The romance, he said, lasted five years, but both were terrified that it would destroy their careers, so they kept it on the down low.

People in the News: Some vote promoters weren't even registered
About all those people who wore "VOTE OR DIE!" T-shirts: If they didn't vote, should they be executed?
If so, 50 Cent and Paris Hilton better hire extra protection, because their days are numbered.
... Neither Hilton's nor 50 Cent's flacks commented, but the New York Daily News speculates the rapper may not have been eligible to vote because he's a convicted felon.

I think it's the time change? (AZ doesn't change our time so we are now two hours different from East Coast v. three in the summer). I'm up my usual time, but have been trying to be good and stay off the computer until I get to work (so I can work out on the treadmill...) Otherwise, you know what happens... I get happily trapped here and get FAT!

I didn't know that, shocking! I remember Robert Wagner was one of my first celebrity sightings in Hollywood. We were driving around and he waved to us... way back when. A bunch of high school girls were pretty excited.

I always thought Wagner was a cutie pie. Not a great actor, but nice to look at.
The Washington state Supreme Court threw out a death sentence yesterday for a man who raped and killed a 65-year-old Tacoma woman almost eight years ago, saying the shackles he was forced to wear in court could have influenced jurors.

Yoda has a plastic ball with a jingle bell inside. He's playing with it in the bathtub... good clean noisy fun! No water in there though.

Juries and legislatures and the electorate be damned. Judges are out of control.
