An old farmer in Texas had owned a large farm for several years. He had a large pond in the back, fixed up nice; picnic tables, horseshoe courts, and some apple and peach trees. The pond was properly shaped and fixed up for swimming when it was built.
One evening, the old farmer decided to go down to the pond, as he hadn't been there for a while, and look it over. He grabbed a five gallon bucket to bring back some fruit.
As he neared the pond, he heard voices shouting and laughing with glee. As he came closer he saw it was a bunch of young women skinny-dipping in his pond. He made the women aware of his presence and they all went to the deep end of the pond.
One of the women shouted to him, "We're not coming out until you leave!"
The old man frowned, "I didn't come down here to watch you ladies swim naked or make you get out of the pond naked." Holding the bucket up he said,” I’m here to feed the alligator."
Moral: Old age and cunning will triumph over youth and enthusiasm every time.

I was talking with my sister in Louisiana last night. She says my 21 year old neice had a class at USL at 8:00 am on election day. The prof came in and told them that since she had them up, she was canceling class so that they could vote.
My neice came home and told my sister that she had never seen so many first time voters who had no idea how to work the machines. And the kicker is that most of them were middle aged.
Did anyone notice that Ms Kerry was wearing the very same outfit at Kerry's (so called) concession speech that she wore the day before? She must have passed out and slept in her clothes. Also I learned to day that Kerry actually went to bed rather early election night. Can you believe it? Most of us stayed up all night and HE went to bed.

When you read the History of JFK assassination it is chilling how involved SPECTOR was in those days he was like a gopher!
It appeared he assisted in some kind of way of enabling the event to materialized!
