Hi..I'm a newbie. Still finding my way around the FR and just came across this thread. Looks like a nice place to visit tonight...you seem like such a nice bunch. Mind if I join? What's the protocol here? I am not wearing my jammies, tho. LOL. I just came home from the Army base where I do volunteer work. Spirits high there for Bush.
Let me know if I have any "rules" to follow here. I swore I was not going to watch any talking heads tonight...but I just can't stop going back to the TV. I need help!

Hiya Citizen. I finally got my car running, and have been so anxious to go out and have some fun. But not tonight - not in liberal Austin. I'll wait until tomorrow and go gloat over the victory.
I left PA - they voted for Gore last time. Came to VA, where solidly Rep. Now Zogby says VA going for Kerry and Fox saying it is too close, but a big surprise. UGH. That is disgusting. It's all those northern VA Dems - those Alexandria rich bunch! Where do I have to move next?
Just in from waving Bush signs outside the polling place. Turnout seemed heavy and steady all day long although I know that many have voted early. Lots of "thumbs up" signs from Bush supporters. Judging by those I'd think that the vote here is at least 5-1 Bush if not more. Hope so.
Understand completely...Mrs.L won't allow me to be cheap on the tellie front. Were it up to me, we'd have rabbit ears and get our six free channels here. But noooooo...
