Egads Sweets.
That really bites.
That'd create havoc if they found out what you do.
AND if you didn't know they were a neighbor -havoc and chaos.
When the raisins/gin is left to stand in the open for time menetion the alcohol evaporates!
What I think it is happening is it is reducing the acidtic crystal making it more alkaline most likely it is the sulfates in the golden raisins help to establisg a PH balance, (its those gridy crystals are what causes the pain~)

We bought some nice filets too today at Sams Club. Also some nice ribeyes. Nice big thick ones. Will wait for a nicer day to grill them tho. We had some wonderful fried Haddock for lunch today, so we didn't do supper.
Was cool and cloudy today, about 52 degrees, but my did that air smell good. Someone had their fireplace going and the wind was drifting it all over the neighborhood. I hated to come in the house. It was that kind of air you wanted to drink. We'll have to crank up our kitchen fireplace before we leave. Maybe tomorrow night while we grill some steaks. ;)
I may get out tomorrow to take some fall pics. It sure is pretty out there with all the fall flowers, trees and pumpkins. I have to take a few before we leave, or I'll cry.
What's up?
Then, this kid that lives behind me has a history of burglarizing peoples' homes. I'm not even sure why there's an open case in our office on him. But there is also one with juvenile services.
Another of the caseworkers just had to take 3 little kids in my area into foster care over the weekend. There was an open case and he'd been trying to work with them, but these kids were just not being taken care of. They were dirty and malnourished, to the point that their hair was falling out.
There was also another report a couple of weeks back involving a couple of teenage girls that live nearby who were supposedly being beaten by their stepfather. I don't know what the determination was on that one.
Besides those, there is at least one other case that I know of, and another that WAS my case, but fortunately, it wasn't close enough that they could actually see where I lived, and it was a simple case that I was able to close quickly. There's a trailer park across the road from me where all these people live, except the kid behind me....and they used to live in that trailer park.
I've just come to the conclusion that there are a lot of seriously screwed up people around! I just wish there weren't so many of them around ME!
So glad you check in and you had a good day!:)
Just sent you email.. Sorry it took me all day to answer it. Thanks for the pics you sent me. ;)
I will definitely check this out, but his "rigors of daily life" are lying on his ass and eating too much nursing home popcorn, and flirting with the help.
Why the heck do nursing homes have so MUCH greasy popcorn for their tenants?
Goodness.
Lots of troll activity, lots of newbie vanity threads, I bent a pick mattock trying to cut through something it's supposedly designed to cut through...
The usual Murphy's law stuff.
Great Day for you guys.
Please do take some fall pics for us all, before you retreat to Poser for the winter.
Big NH cheers up there.
Hi, Fluffy.
Evening gran.
PLeasant dreams.
Do be careful, sometimes the peopel under you rcharge can get pretty 'needy' of your time..
Sweet goodness!
Is there a job opening as a Prison Guard, or something less brutal available up there?
Do hang in there with it, Libby.
(But do check the state postings, DAILY.)
Not to worry; the state makes sure I am so buried in documentation and paperwork that I don't have adequate time to do the people part of the job properly.
LOL! It's not so bad, although some of the workers have the right idea....live in one county, work in another. Too late for that. I'm not about to move again, unless somebody else does all the work! Of course, there is always the possiblity that at some point the state will volunteer me for a transfer, but I hope not.
Nice fishies!
OK...but from what you're writing here, Nully's basement sound's like a Safe Place, to me.
