The first sign of FR addiction is twitching of the hands when not logged on.
Followed by using terms like "Series" "Hugh" "Stuned" and then in it's terminal final stages characterised by draming about posting on FR.

Never made it to the Yucatan...That's Grannie's country...
Was getting ready for a trip down that way when the Zapatistas did their thing. The lady that traveled with me in those days got chicken about going, so we bagged it....Come to find out travelers just had more Fed. checkpoints to go through....So, never made it there....

I think the scariest place I've ever been was Peru - only for a layover, but there were SCARY military (?) guards everywhere. I still got off the plane and went shopping.
To: grannie9
Wow, Gran. I missed you. Didn't realize you were so ill. Welcome back!

Good! I have a ghoulish, mortician sense of humor. All the skeletons in my house scare people sometimes.

That is exactly right! I used to go to Nogales on that Day. I have so much stuff in my house and office for DoD, but people who don't know what that is just think I'm very strange. When I rented, I had neighbors who wouldn't talk to me because they saw so many skeletons hanging
everywhere.
On top of it, my address in the Valley of Death was: the Funeral Mountains in Furnace Creek.

Hi Pal,
It's almost 7 pm...time to call it a day, hit the mess hall, and the sack.
The weather has warmed up a bit and we're making good construction progress for a change. The wind is still howling, but at least I don't look like the Michelin guy everytime I stick my head outside.
Does Copper Canyon still have the narrow-guage railroad operating? Seems I recall there was a great train trip that went up Cu-Canyon?
Oh, great photo of you...no wonder the "phillys" are beside themselves!
Cheers from Argentina
