Very nice. You can almost smell the rain coming.

Thank you Westy, Love that moment when the night settles in.

Did you look at how many views the second debate thread got? A majority of the people registered to Free Republic were there.

I loved Jim Rob's humor in opening up the forum to vanity threads afterwards.

Hi Loddy,

Sorry about being the stranger for a bit, but work loads have gone through the roof. Really miss the company and the chat, especially Gran.. tho I see she is having more fun that ever.

We are losing 3 guys, 1 to cancer, 1 to retirement, 1 to can't-stand-it-anymore, and I'm the last man standing. Shucks.

We made out like bandits but I don't want to disappoint my customers.

Thanks for the notice.

Hoping that you and the Sundog family are enjoying the wealth and that you're smart enough not to flame out "on the job."

Hire some Indian coders, or something...

Cheers up there.

"Got my, mornin' cup of coffee, my eyes feel like they're taffy. And if I look into the mirror, I see something to fear there." -random words that popped into my head this morning.

I guess it's best if we all avoid mirrors today.

I look like I'm dead in the morning.
You look pretty.
Wish I looked half as good in the morning, I wouldn't have to worry about people trying to stake me in the heart.

Good late morning, early afternoon everyone. Late night last night, and I'm a little pooped today. You don't recuperate too well at 66. It's definately a two bag day. ;)

If I weren't so tired, I'd head to Ogunquit, but will wait for another perfect fall day and maybe the trees will have turned more by then.

Hey there big guy, so nice to see you again. Glad to hear that everyone is well...even if you're pushing it and are tired.

Fit one of those nice vaca's in soon if you can. You have to go and check out Westy's territory before you get too long in the tooth.. lol.

I lost your email, but mine is the same. Drop me a line if you get a chance.

Bless your heart, Gran,

I just looked at your home page again, so lovely to see the New Hampshire countryside. It must be beautiful, still sad to see things fading in October Iknow...

Vacation is Next for October 28 - 31 at Steamboat Grand in Colorado, My wife and I set out in June when we had the girls both off to Europe for a month, no destination, no itinerary, just open road... Wound up in Steamboat during a thunderstorm and stayed two nightes in a lovely suite... wanted to go back later with the girls. So there you are...

Not as much fun as having too much time on your hands tho...

Ogunquit has been taken over by a certain type of male, but it's still a great place. My fav spot is the Cliff House. And that's just what it is, a hotel/motel that sits high on the cliff and overlooks the fabulous rocks and water.

There is shopping, beautiful seascapes and really great restaurants. I haven't stayed there since the kids were little, but I would really love to stay there again.

I especially love eating fresh cooked lobbies and steamed clams in the little places near the shore.

Grab Fluffy by the ear and go jump in the Caddy - eat a lobster for all of us.

Have a blast.

Glad to hear that you're getting at least a mini vaca soon. I didn't see much of Colo. when I was there, mostly the Vail area and it was winter, but I sure did love it.

My son went to Steamboat Springs a lot tho. Didn't you go there not too long ago?
