"I hate that word "cute" Oops! But then, you gotta look at the bright side. Think of the poor girls who are described as "plain as dirt" or "uglier than a mud fence." Cute is still a variation of pretty, so cute is good.

"I'm frequently thought to be younger than I am, so I resent it a bit" I was too....all the time. I used to tell myself not to get too upset about it, that the time would come when I'd appreciate not looking (or acting) my age. LOL! It did.

I'm 6'1" and my best friend is ummmmm (she'll kill me if I get it wrong) - I think she's 5'4". She torments me by saying "you are SO tall". For some reason, there is an opposites attact phenomenon out West re: short/tall. My sisters and I have always been miffed by that since there is such an extreme dearth of tall men to begin with!
You must be too strong a woman; men run from that too. OK, now that I've offended everyone, I'd better stop :)

"She always complains about not finding guys that are tall enough, they're usually much shorter than her." I never had that problem. My problem is that I usually needed a step ladder to kiss them. Actually, I did go out one time with a guy that was shorter than me. THAT was very weird.

rather lost while attempting to guess my age (instead
