I understand the concept of pointers. It's using them that's tricky. This program is simple in theory, it's getting it to work that's tricky.

How big a power supply do you have in this box?I don't know. I know it's written on the supply, and I could dismantle it enough to read, but...moving on, for the moment...
And what other expansion cards do you have?
A 33.6 modem.
And what m/b are you using?
It says GA-7ZX Rev 1.01
Would any part of that cause the USB card to (a) turn on a computer which has shut down, merely by being inserted, or (b) prevent the computer shutting down?
