URGENT! leftists tracking GOP delegates

Posted on 08/31/2004 3:20:33 PM PDT by minus_273

There are several disturbing reports about left wing groups compiling lists with names, numbers and addresses of GOP members and private email, phone numbers, addresses etc. from the protest warrior website. The secret service is currently investigating the incident as voter intimidation. The ACLU is defending the left wing group that compiled and is distributing the list. The group called indymedia.org has the lists contianing about half of all the delegates. The lists are here ( 3 parts):
1,
2,
3

more stuff is being tracked at is at rncdelegates.com site. Floks, for you and your families' saftey, please see if they are tracking you. The authors claim that the list is not intended to intimidate GOP members, but go on to say ' We the people are not out to haraas but simply trying to track delegates who are aligned with the war party. We need to keep them under control as they are dangerous individuals who are known to back the anti-democratic minority. The procedure is similar to implementation of criminal registration procedures. '

Liberals are nuts. I think a lot of fence-sitters will see these tactics and realize what these people are all about.

Looking for a landslide victory for W!

I think this group comes under the classification as terrorist and should be treated as same. Jail time if they try anything.

If you check, I think you'll find a number of threads on this topic. In one of them (I think from yesterday), it mentioned that the Secret Service had paid at least one of these groups a little visit.

It's amazing... they throw sucker punches at those they disagree with.
They attempt to ban books they don't agree with.
They launch 'Denial of Service' attacks on websites they don't agree with.

There isn't enough Prozac in the world for these loons when they lose in November.
The unraveling of a party... kind of scary actually.

There was another post I read a moment ago, which was giving advice to New Yorkers, should they visit the delegates home state. One of the pieces of advice, was be careful, many of us are armed. It is a second ammendment thing, you wouldn't understand.

Might also be good advice to the creeps trying to intimidate convension delegates.

We need a right-wing group to stalk the stalkers. Just to drive them even more insane.

People like these "peaceful protesters" are the real reason for the old saying "speak softly but carry a big stick". Of course if you whacked one of them, the ACLU, the lawyers and the media would be all over you as an evil Pub.

Make the group stalking the stalkers to be a bunch of backwoods, country rednecks like that cheezy Patrick Swayze movie.

Oh lordy, lordy, lordy! Can you imagine the howls if the tables were turned with the conservatives the ones "tracking" liberal convention goers and using the same (above) statement to justify/explain their actions?

The DOJ should look into this.

indymedia should already be on their terrorist watch list, near the top. They are the worst of the worst, based in Portland, Oregon, well known for their campaign to have their followers sign up at soldier support sites, obtain names and addresses of soldiers, write and send care packages pose as patriotic, win the soldier's trust then incite them to mutiny. Or send them hate mail. That is putting it nicely. So they're following a similar M.O. with convention delegates, obtaining personal info. I am clueless as to why this group has not been shut down.

Similar, as a matter of fact, to maggot moore's m.o. He got cameramen into iraq past security and no one knows how.
