Two threads appeared over the weekend, that have me rolling on the floor laughing.
Thread #1: Latest chapter of the Dog vs. Cat theory trying to predict the 2004 election.
Thread #2: Collin Powell holding a black cat regarding Friday the 13th.
First three pictures this week are from these two threads. Last picture is a classic blast from the past. Enjoy and caption away.

CLASSIC PICTURE: Gold Medal winner in shooting at the Olympics
Piasa has the tiniest, saddest sounding. Abner's seems to have more hope. Thank God you guys got them before nature gobbled them up. But will they both survive resident Viking Cats? I'm staying tuned. I hope y'all do.
Fidget comes home with us on the weekends. She loves to drive in the car. So, she is here at home and hasn't met the new guy yet. :-)
He is a cutie. He has a beautiful face.
Looks just like my 12-yo former feral kitten, Trouble.
Kitty Dude it is! Such a sweet face though. How is Trouble and the rest of the crowd doing?
Tried to refresh and then glued the pieces back together - everything else works but that nasty little red x. Oh well, the heck! I've got my imagination and your words, what more do I need?
Oh Piasa, that poor little thing!!! She and the other cat will eventually make friends - it just takes awhile. The average time for Tinker Bell to except a new kitten/cat was about two months then she couldn't be parted from them. They were HERS!!!!! And you'd better not come between her and them 'cause she'd flat out let you know.
He knows he has it made - you are at his command now!
Lol, oh yeah, he is definitly home and in control. I love the look on his face in the second picture. Total contentment!
The other cats do not know that he exists yet. I still have another home for him. I just want him to have a couple of days here before I give the little guy away. 4 cats is enough... 4 cats is enough... 4 cats is enough... 4 cats is enough... 4 cats is enough... 4 cats is enough... 4 cats is enough... 4 cats is enough...
That is what I am saying now....
Actually, Fidget needs company when she is at the office and y'all aren't there.
I mean DC has Trouble as his hearing ear cat.
Everytime one of our cats was very old or very sick, GOD sent us another to help him. When Tweety was going to cross the rainbow bridge Tinker bell came and when Bud went Murphy and Sam came. Toy was a bonus, she just decided that she wanted to live with us and so she did!
Fidget is resistant to company other than people. She goes from wonderful, docile cat into the pea soup spewing, fire throwing, evil being with other cats around.
Want another?
Now looky who decided to make an appearance last night!

Sheba had a loooooong, hard labor but she and her 5 babies are doing just fine now. 3 lil boys and 2 lil girls.
We've gotta be totally insane to have this many cats but we're such suckers for those lil whiskered faces. LOL! Just can't turn away a stray.
Well, congratulations! What little sweeties they are.
Hi Allegra! Hope you're doing well.
Yep, the lil critters are sweeties and I hope to be able to get some close-ups of them soon. Their lil faces are so darling.
Sheba's a good mother, which is a relief. The last litter that was born on the farm didn't have a good mother and I ended up having to feed them kitten formula to keep them alive. I wasn't looking forward to going through THAT again. LOL!
It's really going to be an adventure when these wee ones get old enough to start running around the house. Egads!!
Cute kittens!
Please add to kitty humor ping list.
Keep plenty of food/water/fresh poop for mom, otherwise, just let her "do her thing" with the newborns.
