The Alan Keyes Nonproliferation Thread
FreeRepublic ^
Posted on 08/14/2004 9:11:25 AM PDT by EveningStar
There are now approximately 100 threads on FR concerning the Alan Keyes Senate run. Since this is about 99 more than we really need at FR for such a nonevent, I've decided to offer a service, free to all FReepers. I have performed a search using the keyword "Keyes." You no longer have to start a new thread on your hero. Instead, you can go here and select an existing thread.
There! Isn't that much better?

Frankly, if Keyes debated himself, he would expose himself with his own thoughts and beliefs. And his supporters would still be sayin he's the man. The man is born for a verbal fight.Hahahaha... As I have said before, No body can out debate Keys...

It's like nazi.Specifically that nazi's were socialists, and they use that slur to distance themselves from the connections. the dirty little secret about Jones town is that it was a U.S. government funded experiment in socialism. Huh?

Sorry that's where the kool-aide reference comes from.

The term "koolaid" is used to reflect the elixir used by those who have blanket followers. Folks who despite the obvious cannot or will not see the flaws of those who they hold in high esteem.

But it will take more than just a cocky self assured man who cloaks his ego in the words of the Declaration, slavery and analogies to the bible
I think his message goes way beyond his ego.
I have had much personal experience with men, and women in politics and preachers who I believe God has anointed to give a message to His people.
Many of them have an ego, thats part of the motivation to be up front, and to learn to speak like that.
Doesn't mean their message isn't from their heart either.
I absolutely love Alan Keyes, and his message about the Declaration, etc...even if he is an imperfect man.
I am sure he and I would disagree on Bible doctrine.
Tell me, do you have a problem with his message?
Are you pro-life? Just wondering where you are coming from?

BTW, thanks for starting another "Elect Amb. Alan Keyes for Senate (R-Il)" thread...I'm sure you are working for Alan in your own delusional way. Again, thanks...

I am in general pro-life, but to be honest it's not from the fact that I believe it's life from conception. Life means it is sustainable on it's own. I do believe there is a time for abortion (example tubular pregnancy. One thing to remember is that not all tubulars remain there and sometimes migrate to the womb. Wait too long however, and the mother WILL die and there is no assured timetable for that event to happen. So in reality, you could be taking an unborn prior it transferring to the womb.)
Got to be careful. Ego can often be vanity. That is definately not God given, but driven by non Godly actions.

Again, life is sustainable on it's own.

Yeah, that's the position every RAT and most RINOs I know take...I'm sure that says nothing about you though.

Ah! I was wondering why this, the most valuable of all the Keyes threads, had been moved to Chat. :D

I believe that conservatives should have standards and I believe that they should be capable of self-criticism.

I know what you mean, and not everyone can discern the difference.
So far I agree with most every thing Alan Keyes says.Thats more then I agree with George Bush.
now ask me how much I like Arnolds message?
Very little.
Even though he comes across pretty sincere, and really knows how to stir a crowd.
I might love him if at the convention he manages to bring over a few of the undecided.
To: Chi-townChief
Now your gona think I am ignorant.
Who is Lewis?
