The ACLU is comprised of different chapters that choose their own cases. Some chapters and many cases fit the above description. Most of the best publicized cases don't fit that description and my complaint with the organization is with some of those well publicized cases that serve to advance a liberal agenda instead of simply protecting the Constitution.

Are you familiar with NAMBLA? They defended them - if what they advocate isn't only criminal but dispiccable s well, I don't know what is - yet they chose to defend them.
My opinion is that they want to rid America of Christianity.
