"The Dems couldn't spin this if they tried This is HUGE .." It's just that I have thought that about so many other things that have fizzled out. We can never underestimate the RATs ability to spin and to divert attention away from the real issues. I hope you're right though.

"Our paper had NOTHING about Sandy Burglar on the front page" Exactly my point. The d*mn liberal press is made up of a bunch of criminals, in my opinion. They will do everything they can to ignore this or to make it sound like the VRWC is on a vendetta and can't get over Clinton and Bush is doing this for political purposes, blah, blah, blah.....

Today's big front page headline? " 'Girlie Men comment won't die' ". Also featured on the front page: "Return to Wetlands Begins", "Gaffes at Los Alamos could cost UC Contract". Gaffes? Idiots using unsecured email to send classified information, computers disks missing, other classified information on CD's etc. missing are GAFFES? Oh, yeah, just a mistake. If these things are mistakes, then the lab management is spectacularly incompetent.

Gawd, you have to hand it to Bush and Rove. Their timing is perfect. Now, after it is all over, we know that the commission just sat there questioning Berger, knowing that he had done this. I am laughing so hard. Yep, it is too late for the commission to be able to help him now
Strategery
And Bill Clinton's book is out in print so he can't change his story either
Strategery
And there are multiple impartial Civil Service witnesses with security clearances, and papers marked by them that have been found in his house.
Strategery
And he has been out front chosen as Kerry's foreign policy adviser and possible Secretary of State.
Strategery.
Everyone knows Bush is sooo stupid.
Strategery.

Canada Keeps Censoring Fox but OKs Al-Jazeera
Canada's increasingly strange government, which continues to censor Fox News Channel, has covertly approved the unleashing of the terrorists' favorite propaganda machine.
"The federal broadcast regulator made one of its most controversial decisions in recent years when it approved the digital distribution [Thursday] of the Arabic-language TV news network Al-Jazeera, although it did so without any public hearings," the Toronto Globe and Mail reported today.
Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission, apparently caught up in Ottawa's P.C. craze for "diversity," also OK'd eight "other so-called ethnic distribution requests": five in Spanish, one German, one Romanian and another Arabic-language station.
But Canada's FNC fans who want a popular network that would actually draw an audience are out of luck. Like America's pseudo-intelligentsia, the Canadian elites have no tolerance for diversity of ideas that might be moderate, conservative, libertarian or patriotic.

I have always admired our Canadian conservative friends on this thread and those on FR. But, But, I have a long abiding distrust for Canukes in general.
They say that they sleep next to a bear. When the bear rolls over, they are affected. Fine, but they are protected by that same bear that they dislike.

Berger "voluntarily" withdrew from the Kerry-Edwards campaign this afternoon. The campaign "categorically" denied they had ever received any classified data from Berger. Kerry's campaign spokesman allows this is a partisan attempt to divert attention away from the 9-11 report. FOFLOL.

"Mr. Berger, who now serves as a key advisor to the Kerry-Edwards campaign on national security issues, told FBI probers that his own "sloppiness" caused him to begin stuffing his pockets and briefcase with the top secret papers."
OMG ! The Sloppiness Defense ? Does that mean when he is in the throes of this wretched "sloppiness" he simply can't resist stuffing classified documents in his pants ? This is not to be confused with the Twinkie Defense.

I'm rather glad the sloppiness defense didn't occur to Clinton during the Lewinsky mess.
I hope you're well, Miss Darlin'!

Just fine, thank you. Getting too old, though. Did you see this story:
