Tools to compare prospective Employees

Hello all, I am preparing to hire a new employee and plan to interview at least three good candidates.

Does anyone here have any advice on a matrix to compare skills?

Any advice is appreciated.

No John Kerry this is not a low paying job. Profesional/Technical

If they are all equally qualified, go with the candidate who your gut tells you is the most honest. Its the best policy, ya know.

create a test give it to your best employees and to your new people, use the answers from your best employees to score the test. pick the one that is most like your best people.
