Also, fansubbers always keep the honorifics. Some professionally-subtitled anime does the same. But sometimes the fansubber gets something wrong, or translates it strangely - the fansub I have of the first episode of FMA translates a word as "Sorcerer's Stone" that everywhere else is "Philosopher's Stone" (which goes with alchemy, of course). It also misses that one minor bad guy is called "Gluttony"...

So far most of the fansub "extras" seem to be explaining honorifics. BTW speaking of "Gluttony" I thought it was cool FMA named the villains after the Seven Deadly Sins like that--I may have to steal that idea. . .
