Pike Place Market is walking distance -- we know a couple of cafes there, one of them, Cafe Campagne, we've eaten at (not to be confused with its pricier brother just upstairs). The cafe has the world's greatest garlic mashed potatoes.

I think pick any spot easy for us to find, and Ramius to find from Bellevue, because we'll end up driving to the concert anyhow.

The Market is no more than 3 blocks, Cafe Campagne is about 1 block into the market. I'll mapquest it and see for sure. No hills except the 1/2 block from 1st down to the cafe.
