As small as my garden is, my own grounds are probably enough...especially since one 'mater plant bit the dust. *snif*
Yep, that's about right. Shame, it's a lovely day and we'd have the door open, here at the office, if it weren't for the asphalt.
Nana said the blooms on our 'mater plants are dyin'. She don't know why.
I should just pull that one up...but I haven't yet.
At least I have 'maters on the other plant. And on the cherry tomato plant I bought later. Shoulda bought two of the cherries.
Much as I would love sending a box of horse poo in the mail, I'm afraid it wouldn't be worth the postage. Follow a local horse around for fifteen minutes and you can collect some closer to home. ;~D
FYI, in case it is interesting to gardeners or you ever get offered some, horse poo is not as good as cow poo as a fertilizer because horses pass undigested seeds, and if it isn't ~completely~ composted well, it'll give ya weeds. Cows, having four stomachs and a more efficient digestive system, don't pass grass seeds. Horse poo is goood for spreading on lawns though ;~D
Well, until I get me a truck I ain't haulin' either kind.
If I were you, I wouldn't leave the door open - just to protect myself from this guy: Western Pa. Man In Trouble For Allegedly Sucking Strangers' Toes ^
Okay, I have a house/wiring/electrical question.
We don't have ceiling lights in our bedrooms because the heating/cooling vents are in the center of each room ceiling (we hates them, we does). But each room has a light switch connected to one of the outlets.
Jr. overloaded the one in his room and it blew out the outlet (at least I'm assuming it's the outlet).
Am I likely to be able to fix it by just replacing the outlet, or will I need to look elsewhere? The switch?
Anything beyond replacing those and I'm looking at hiring someone, which could get spendy.
I've got a kick like a mule. Perhaps I should invest in steel-toed boots, though.
Electricity problems call for a wizard.
Ooops...I meant tuh ping him...
Whaddaya mean "blew out" exactly?
Cat: I'll cover this rear exit, you go in the front door.
They made a mess, but no mole was bagged yet.
Too cute!
It just don't werk. There wuz no explosion. He turned it on one night and "poof" (don't even think there was that) it just didn't work no more.
The lights work in other outlets. And I know it wasn't the circuit breaker.
You need some bobcat pee to scare off the moles...
OK - but then I'd have to get rid of the bobcat.
Then I could pee in the yard!
The switch has probably failed. Should be fairly easy to replace.
Gidget has gotten the mole before, she'll only dig if he's close and the scent is still strong.... but not today.
