Sure all young boys have urges and I'm sure it will come as a surprise to some that so do young girls (I was one a hundred years ago) BUT we girls are taught that we should remain virtuous (at least a hundred years ago they did) but boys can hump anything they want so they can be a "man". Males reach their sexual maturity at 18 - not 14. Females reach it at about 30. Until males get a brain that's located above their belt they will hump anything - just like my 6 month old yorkie.
