If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and I...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

One More Day

Last night I had a crazy dream
A wish was granted just for me
 It could be for anything
 I didn't ask for money
 Or a mansion in Malibu
I simply wished, for one more day with you

 One more day
 One more time
One more sunset, maybe I'd be satisfied
 But then again
I know what it would do
Leave me wishing still, for one more day with you
First thing I'd do, is pray for time to crawl
 Then I'd unplug the telephone
 And keep the TV off
 I'd hold you every second
 Say a million I love you's
That's what I'd do, with one more day with you

Leave me wishing still, for one more day
Leave me wishing still, for one more day

1  She has no need to fear the fall
2  Of harvest from the laddered reach
3  Of orchards, nor the tide gone ebbing
               4      From the steep beach.

5  Nor hold to pain's effrontery
6  Her body's bulwark, stern and savage,
7  Nor be a glass, where to forsee
               8      Another's ravage.

9  What she has gathered, and what lost,
10  She will not find to lose again.
11  She is possessed by time, who once
             12      Was loved by men.

    Memories

 Within my book of memories,
 Are special thoughts of you.
And all the many nice things
You often say and do -

 As I turn the pages,
 And recall each single thought,
 I realize the happiness
 That knowing you has brought.

There are memories of the times we've shared
 Both bright and sunny days.
There are memories of your kindness
 And your friendly thoughtful ways.

There are memories of all those notes,
we would write back and forth,
When we would just get together,
And talk of this or that.

And when I recall these memories
As I go along life's way,
I find they grow more precious still
 With every passing day.

Good morning Sam. What a wonderful poem this morning. The graphic is perfect. How are you on this fine new day? I'm doing well, the weather is okay for now, but rain is expected. Temps are in the 60s.
