I'm going to repeat what you just wrote on that thread... I hope you don't mind:
"JohnGalt was the most intellectually dishonest poster I have ever
seen on FR, or anywhere else for that matter. He only rarely raised
himself above the level of a pure troll. He presented a unique and
extremely offensive combination of constantly (a) moving the
goalposts, (b) dropping gratuitous and sneering insults, and (c)
denying the obvious. When properly cornered, he could be induced
to say two exactly opposite things within 4 posts of each other. It is
good riddance to bad rubbish."
