I got a couple hours sleep. Al got me the spray Lidocaine and he forced fed me three aspirin, so I got some rest.

The burning feeling has subsided enough for the moment as long as I keep anything much from touching it. I am starting to blister in places now. So I imagine that I'll have to be really careful about that as it will be easy to get infected.

The Phamacist said that the first and second degree burns hurt the most, and I assume these are second. I've had a third degree, and that took the skin right off. That's what I got for wrapping a leg around a hot motorcycle muffler when I was young.. I will see if I can eat a little something..maybe some grapenut custard I made earlier and then it will be time to take more aspirin. I suppose this ends my swimming until I leave. Darn, I was enjoying it so much too.

Just wanted to let you know that I didn't go to the hospital. I don't do hospitals if I can manage not to. ;)

Why didn't you wear leathers on a motorcycle (I assume it was a Hog) in your youth? I did.

And yes, do be careful of infection.

If you don't want to go to the hospital .. please check in with your doctor .. he can prescribe something for the burn

OOOOOOUUUCCHHH!! Aspirin? are you kidding? I'd be asking for a NARCOTIC!! That is one painful spot, burns are bad enough anywhere but the BOOB??? I want to faint.
