*L* That doggie belongs to FReeper basil - she hosted a gettogether earlier this month when Jim Robinson came to town. I took a few pictures.

I had one of those. It's funny to watch the puppies as they hop around.

I tracked down (thru your In Forum) the thread and will enjoy the pictures there later today.

The dog's sly look cries out for captioning. He/She looks like "heh heh heh" but what was the remark that caused it, I wonder? Hmmmm.....

You have such big beautiful skies Val. I just got a tiny glimpse of ours thru the Cherry tree.

I used to get leads to many, many good links and sites from which to buy "stuff".

I still do .. like the other day .. being a southern gal still in training I wasn't aware of Mary Gay's book that she wrote

Mike's been reading a lot these days .. and I been running out of good books for him to read.

After reading Pup's post, and a little research .. I was able to get another book for Mike

Thanks Pup ..

being a southern gal still in training

Heehee...how's it goin' so far? I'd think it's a big training help to have a southern husband.

I have all the VRWC authors' books and read a lot but then I get up to here *finger under nostrils* with politics and ease off a bit. What are his reading interests?

Sweet or sour? My cherry tree once produced enough cherrys to make one pie--about the size of my hand. Yours looks a lot more productive.

Let me know what he thinks of it. I have read some of her work in other sources but not in the original.

Heehee...how's it goin' so far?

I'm in still in training and have a lot to still learn .. especially that whole cooking part ..*L*

He's been reading a bunch of different subjects. For a while there he was hooked on trains and their beginnings. Then he he read a Lewis and Clark book .. and some of the ones I had on Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, George Washington, Ben Franklin .. plus books on WWII, Civil War and a few about Mountain Men in the 1800's

At the moment he's reading the Grant goes East by Newit

I hear ya on the poltical books .. after a while one needs to take a break.

My MIL rented me Mary Matlin's new book to her daughters .. I guess it's her way of extending an olive branch to me *L*

Will do .. He's been really fascinated with reading real accounts of the war, so I thought he would like it

I found it on Amazon.com .. seems there is still an interest in her writing and it's back in print

"that's a long drive"

It's not too bad, it's just having to make these drives so often that is getting to me. Once I get completely moved, it will only be 129 miles. After the training is over, I will mostly get to stay put and I am really looking forward to it. There will still be some traveling, but only as related to a particular client, so it could be occasional, frequent or almost never. Luck of the draw sort of thing.

That's still a lot of driving .. I'm sure you'll be happy when you don't have to do it so much

How much more of training do you still have to go thru?
