Just got back from a scooter jaunt along the river, checking where all I can go downstream of the library...Places one can walk, but not scooter...Stairs and no curb cuts....

The river is nice an clear as usual and Babe one can wade across it in most places as usual.....

They are pretty good about the curb cuts, but there are a few places where they are missing....Along that stretch of river there are more stairs than missing curb cuts..... My biggest bitch is, the people that put in the cuts evidently haven't used a chair or scooter...A lot of them could be better located and not so steep....But it all is better than nothing.....lol...

My lawn mowing guy is here, should have been here yesterday, oh well...

Well I'm glad you could get out and enjoy the day ... being stuck in the house all the time stinks ... add a bunch of kids to that mix and one could lose their mind

Stories like that make me wish for the Old Testament, "eye for an eye" treatment of the perp...and there are way too many horror stories of nursing homes and their near-criminal employees in this country.

They evidently didn't figue that guy was of "The Greatest Generation" Might have been better if he had bought it during the war.....Might still have died lying in Sh*t, but it would have been a better death......JMHO...

We don't get very many 'hot' days here...It was warm in the sun today, but nice and cool in the shade...Close to my place it is 69° right now, probably a little cooler by the river with a nice breeze blowing....
