What the homoexual special rights activists don't say about more companies joining the same-sex benefits and nondiscrimination protection bandwagon is the homosexual special rights agenda can be coerced by cities which impose mandate homosexual benefits packages before they will allow them to have contracts. In Minneapolis, Minnesota, one such incident has resulted in a lawsuit. If the affected firm sues and is successful, we may see an end to the homosexual special-rights agenda pandering, because much of it is not by the market, it's by coercion of their communities.
Two firms, according to a Forbes article, which have imposed same-sex benefits recently are examples of community headquarters forcing the issue, not the people. Staples is based in Framingham, MA, where the state court is coercing homosexual "marriage" to be legal by a count of activists, and United Parcel Service is originally from Seattle, a hotbed of activism, while being based in Atlanta, where activists running the city are now forcing even a private country club to allow homosexual partners to be admitted into a country club as a spouse (report from the Fox Report).
These absurd loonies have just lost a battle at Comcast where an employee's firing because he refuses to support the homosexual agenda has cost them thousands of dollars, and may lose more lawsuits. These lawsuits which are resulting in victories for the victims may be the catalyst for a reversal in the homosexual special rights agenda's moves.
Many of the companies imposing same-sex benefits are doing it secretly, with the knowledge if they are made public, shareholders will be outraged. When the homosexual special rights group's agenda is put on the ballot of a shareholders' meeting, they are rejected at a ratio of 2:1 or greater by shareholders who reject the lifestyle. Exxon Mobil, Emerson Electric, and Alltel are the three best-known firms with such rejections, and an example of hidden coercion comes in Lockheed Martin, where despiate three successive victories by the anti-special rights forces, the firm negotiates a secret deal with the homosexual special-rights group secretly. Now the Pride Foundation has chosen the secret-path route with Wal-Mart.
The special-rights agenda know the shareholders' pro-family view so well they are now forcing companies to impose their agenda secretly without knowledge by shareholders to avoid accountability.
Much of the homosexual activism victories are based in city coercions. This must stop. It's not a free market when unfunded mandates such as this (which are harmful because they reward stupid behaviour) are taking over cities.
Looks like news to me.
There are probably a lot of things that are news to you.
Gee, Mr. Robinson, I didn't know you used the handle "The Other Harry." What's that? You're not JimRob? Then stop bossing people around! This isn't Trixie's place, with all her wannabe Gauleiter.
As a general rule, vanity posts do not belong in news. Maybe you think they do, but I consider them to be pollution. They should go in chat.
The rules are obviously up to Jim & John, but I have probably contributed more dollars to FR than you have.
