In a word, yes.
And it's not hard to show that he provided aid and comfort to the enemy, considering that he was hailed as a hero by the Viet Cong in their own media propaganda at the time.

I apologize if the historical reference wasn't clear. Some of us have long memories, and still believe that John Kerry, along with Jane Fonda, Ramsey Clarke and others, provided "aid and comfort to the enemy" during the Vietnam War.
