I'll post this again before I leave, but thoughts this article posted by another Freeper was fascinating.

James Woolsey, former CIA director, talked with Lou Dobbs last night and outlined some of the Iraq and Al Qaeda linkages and said they are known by Tenet and everyone in the administration.

Also, Woolsey points out some specific instances where Clarke makes such outrageous comments in his book that it brings his credibility into question.

That governor of New Mexico, Richardson, was on just yesterday spouting that there aren't any linkages. I wish the truth would get out.

I guess it takes a news conference in the Rose Garden in order to get the lamestream media to put anything forward that resembles fact. Even then it only gets coverage for a few hours by CNN et al.
