There's some Italians who feel the film made fun of the brutality of their Roman ancestors. Shocking!

You know, a lot of people who keep up with current events might not get the satire here. LOL

In his homily yesterday during a memorial service for Palestinian suicide bombers, the Right Reverend Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Canterbury, denounced Mel Gibson's film "The Passion of the Christ" as being "overtly pro-Christian."
Huh???

"This film is going to have a devastating effect on Anglicanism worldwide," said Reverend Williams.Yes, because people will realize how theologically liberal its leadership has become and become Orthodox or Old Catholics.

This should not be posted in any of the news categories. Too many people read these satirical pieces and take them seriously. The only suitable category is Humor, and I think such articles should be flagged in the headline as satire.
Just one guy's opinion.

We ought to tell "Archbishop" Rowan Williams that he will have to step down due to the fact that he is being replaced with an islamic imam.

I didn't enter the ministry to promote the so-called Gospel of someone who allegedly lived 2000 years ago. I became a priest in order to empower gays, lesbians, bisexuals, transsexuals, heathens and persons with a fondness for sheep!" LOL.
He forgot Druids, or does he just lump them in with the rest of the heathens.
